P H Academy offer a range of apprenticeships in hair salons in the area.

We feel the best place to train a young professional is within a working hair salon, therefore the P H Academy is located within a commercial salon with trainee's working alongside the stylists. This is designed to enhance the learning culture, customer service, improve professionalism and eliminate a staged or unrealistic learning environment.

The types of apprenticeship courses available include:

• Full time beginner NVQ programme 
• NVQ level 2 in hairdressing
• Refresher cutting course - 1 or 2 days long
• Personalising course
• Men's high street cutting
• Colouring courses

We provide strict rules within our programmes and apprenticeships. If your trainee is late or fails to turn up we will inform you on the same day. If your trainee is under-performing we will inform you and look for ways to improve any issues.
